1. Introduction

Welcome to Hostme.space. These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hostme.space website and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Services

Hostme.space provides a hosting platform that allows users to easily host their websites and pay only for the space they use. Users must purchase credits to host their websites, with the cost being 15 Credits per megabyte per month, where 15 Credits are approximately equal to $0.02.

3. Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payment for hosting services is made through a wallet system using Stripe and Mesomb payment processing. If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a refund by contacting us through the methods provided in Section 13. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you initially used.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, or otherwise make available through our Services. You agree not to upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that is illegal, including, but not limited to, pornographic content, phishing, spamming, social engineering, or any other content that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services may include third-party integrations, such as Stripe, Mesomb, and Google Analytics. By using these third-party services, you agree to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.

7. User Data

We collect and store your name, phone number, and email address to maintain and provide our Services. We will not share your information with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our Services.

8. User Conduct

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Services. Any violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your account and the deletion of your website and content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hostme.space or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our Services shall be governed by the laws of Cameroon. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations before resorting to legal action.

13. Termination

Hostme.space reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that it is necessary to protect the integrity or operation of our Services. You may also voluntarily terminate your account at any time by contacting us through the methods provided in Section 9.

14. Age Restrictions

There are no specific age restrictions for using our Services; however, by using our Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

15. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hostme.space with respect to the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Hostme.space.
